Bayou Wolf
Bayou Wolf - Debbie Herbert
This is Tallulah's story and the third book in the series. We first Tallulah in book one, Bayou Shadow Hunter. I hated her so much in that book, she was such a bitch, I wanted her to get ate my some huge evil creature or something. By the end of the book I thought maybe she wasn't so bad, just misunderstood. In book two, Bayou Shadow Protector, she was right back to being an awful cow, and I hated her all over again. Once again by the end of the book I thought maybe she isn't so bad, I just couldn't figure her out. So when I found out that Tallulah was getting her own book, I was like "YES! I'M FINALLY GONNA GET HER!" She is so freaking stubborn and you just want to punch her and shake her sometimes, but I decided that I love her. Loved the story! I think this is my favorite one of the series. Highly recommend!

Wealth Management 2.0: Financial Education for Internet Professionals
Wealth Management 2.0: Financial Education for Internet Professionals - Andrei Polgar, Eric Borgos
This book is intended for anyone who's making money online and while I don’t necessarily fall into that category at this point, it was still very informative and I think one could use some of the same thinking to apply to other money making aspects in their lives. There are so many books like this that are boring and I would give up on reading them. This book delivers the information in a way that is NOT boring, it actually holds my attention. Very detailed, well researched, easy to understand, and the first book of this type that I was actually able read beginning to end. I would definitely recommend reading this book, it is undeniably one of the better ones out there, and for sure the most non-boring.

Bayou Shadow Protector
Bayou Shadow Protector - Debbie Herbert
This is book two, but it is a stand alone. If you read book one you already know some of the characters, and if you thought Tombi was a sour puss, Chulah is worse. I absolutely LOVE April, I just want to give her a hug, and punch everyone that treats her bad. The chemistry between April and Chulah though...OMG! HOT! I really enjoyed this book, I haven't read a Debbie Herbert book that I didn't like, they are all amazing. I am really looking forward to reading the third stand alone book in this series. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Under the Lights (Field Party)
Under the Lights (Field Party) - Abbi Glines
I really enjoyed this book. I am a big Abbi Glines fan, and this one of my favorites that I have read. The way Willa lost her friend, I lost someone close to me the same way, so I know that kind of pain. I don't like to give away spoilers in my reviews, so I won't say who she ends up with, but I am sooo glad of who it is. My only complaint about this book is the ending. Yeah it was the end part was cute in the way they kept their promise to each other and everything came back to where it started six years before, I wish there was just a little bit more after that. Maybe graduation and see a little bit more of their HEA.

The Wendigo Witchling
The Wendigo Witchling - B. Kristin McMichael
Super exciting! This book has a lot more action than the first one and we find out that Cassie is kind of a bad a**. We also get to see another character from the other books for a bit, so that was exciting because he is one of my favorites (hint hint to the author) So much happens though and Cassie gets a lot of information about her past, that was shocking, and touching. I loved this book so much and I can't wait to get my hands on the next one! This author never disappoints me.

The Second First Chance
The Second First Chance - Blakely Bennett
This is a very original story, I don't think I have ever read anything like it before, but I LOVED IT! Makes me wish I could get a second first chance. It was hard for me to get started on this because it starts out with the funeral for her husband, the love of her life. I had already agreed to review this and then lost a family member the day after I received it from the author. Once I got past those initial emotions I just got lost in the story from there. I recommend this so much, it is such a beautiful story.

Summer Queen - Amber Argyle
OH WOW! More of Nelay's story and boy is it is action packed! Nelay is older now and a total bad ass. I think that this one is my favorite so far and I LOVE that cover, I want to hang it on my wall as a poster. Nelay is so awesome, I just love her she has this snarky little attitude and she can kick some serious butt. There is so much that happens in this story and it all leads up to a major battle and it is EPIC! I don't want to give away any spoilers. OMG I can't wait to read the next books!!

Fairy Queens: Books 1-4 (Fairy Queens Box Set)
Fairy Queens: Books 1-4 (Fairy Queens Box Set) - Amber Argyle
It is really nice to have all the stories together in one set so that you can just go right on to the next book when you get done with one.

Of Ice and Snow
In this story we meet Otec, he is the son of the clan-chief and he is left behind after his father and brothers go off to fight when another village comes under attack. Things quickly spiral out of control and Otec finds himself in the position of having to be a leader in order to save the people he loves. There is a lot of action in this book, I mean A LOT, it is very exciting! I love the world that this author builds here and even though this isn't a very long book, there is so much story here and it does not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys a good clean fantasy book.

Winter Queen
In this story we meet Ilyenna, daughter of Otec from Of Ice and Snow. Ilyenna is a healer and clanmistress, so she is a very important figure in the clan. There has been an attack and the men leave to go help out the neighboring village. When they return there are many wounded and the town becomes flooded with injured from the other village. The danger makes it's way to Ilyenna's village and everything just sort of goes to hell from there. This story is A LOT darker and way more violent than Of Ice and Snow, but it is just as good, there is a ton of action. The ending kind of messed me up a little bit though, I can't decide if I liked it or not, but I am sure there is a reason for it because this author has built this incredible world and everything happens for a reason, so I am sure there was a point to that. I do recommend reading this book!

Of Fire and Ash
The first stories took place in a different part of land and this one takes place in basically the desert. In Of Fire and Ash, we meet Nelay. This girl has a rough life living in the desert where it is hard to find water for the sheep that she is trying to take care of. Her brother is mean to her and she can see fairies, but she has promised her mom to never let anyone know that she has the sight, especially not the fairies. Something happens to her father and without help he will die, so she makes the decision to ask the fairies for help, a decision that she later realizes had tragic consequences and made her understand why her mother made her promise not to acknowledge the fairies. Little did she know asking for that favor changed the entire course of her life forever. I love this Fairy Queens world!

Empire
Empire - Rachel Van Dyken
Perfect ending to Sergio's story! I absolutely LOVE Val. I really like the little Frank POV parts that we get in there too. So Sergio is of course his usual Oscar the Grouch self, who once again finds himself in an arranged marriage, and he doesn't want to fall for Val. While Val is getting these mysterious letters and they are making her think of Sergio more and more. I tell you this is one major twisted tale, a total conspiracy against these two. When all is revealed you better have a box of Kleenex handy because you WILL be crying your eyes out. I love this series so much and it is always fun to spend time with the mafia!

Blind Side
Blind Side - K.B. Nelson
Another amazing story from K.B. Nelson. I have loved everything that this author has published. He is one of the most talented authors that I have read. When I read books in general, I get lost in them and I become unaware of everything going on around me. When I read something by K.B. Nelson it is a completely different experience altogether. I not only get lost in the story, but I also find myself fascinated by every single part of it, the words, the story line, the characters, everything. It is a feeling that is hard to describe. I think that this book is now my favorite of all his books because I know what it feels like to both hate and love someone at the same time. I know what it feels like to be torn between wanting to run away and wanting to stay. I could totally relate to Stassi in the way she was so vicious with her words toward her husband and it had me wondering if there was a hidden camera somewhere in my house. The ending once again had me wanting to seek therapy to talk about my feelings. I felt mixed up because I wasn't sure at first if I was happy about the ending, but I finally realized that it did in fact end the way it should have.
I can't wait to find out what comes next from this author.

I was SUPER lucky to get a signed copy of this book and HOLY CRAP THIS BOOK IS HOT!!!

I love Annie she has this really cool power, that she hates, but if she can just learn to control it, the power is a very important and helpful tool in defeating evil.
Annie sees a light one night and goes into the woods to investigate. The light is the trapped soul of a man that asks her to find a guy named Tombi and deliver a message. As soon as the soul disappears she runs into this incredibly hot guy, that turns out to be Tombi, and she feels this attraction to him.

Together Annie and Tombi team up to fight against the evil Nalusa. Tombi's tribe is not as accepting as Tombi and is suspicious of Annie, so they make things a little bit rough, until they figure out they can trust her. The chemistry between Tombi and Annie is so hot you will need a glass of ice water when you read this. I highly recommend this book! I am looking forward to the next standalone book in this series.
