Shattered Blue
Shattered Blue - Lauren Bird Horowitz
Once I started this book I could not put it down. I read it straight through until the sun was coming up the next morning. I am now DYING to find out what is going to happen next! This book definitely had some twists in it, some I kind of suspected and some I didn't even see coming. Especially the major twist with Sasha that was revealed at the end, I so should have guessed that one. I am so glad I got a chance to read this and I can't wait for the next one. I HIGHLY recommend this book!

Unsaid
Unsaid - Avery Aster
I love this whole series! You don't have to read the undergrad years, like at all, but I am so glad that I did read them before I read this, just because I felt like I was a part of the group and I knew some of their secrets. This is like a soap opera and I can see it playing in my mind as I am reading these books. Unsaid is Blake's story and I just LOVE Blake so much, I feel like he is the most fragile one of the Manhattanites and the girls are so protective of him, I just love their little group. I was so sad though after reading XO, Blake then to read Unsaid and see how his relationship turned out, but it DEFINATELY worked out the way it was supposed to in the end. I totally recommend this book to all those who are non-prudish and not a slut-shamer.

Beneath the Cape—The Superhero Anthology
Beneath the Cape—The Superhero Anthology - Angela McPherson, Cheryl McIntyre, Christine Zolendz, D. Nichole King, Laura Thalassa, Lynn Vroman, Magan Vernon, Sunniva Dee
I am still reading this, but I just wanted to put up some reviews as I go.

REAPING ANGELS by Laura Thalassa ~
Sometimes I see a picture of an author and I think, "Oh she is cute and looks so sweet and innocent." Then I dive into the book and it hooks me right away, I can't put it down, I have to keep going! Then all of a sudden, BAM! Then I'm like, "HOLY HOTNESS! This author is so naughty!" WOW! This story is the first one in the book, and man is it good! And HOT! And full of excitement! And action! MUST READ!

CAT LOVE by Sunniva Dee ~
Sunniva is one of my favorite authors, but that doesn't make me biased, there is a reason for it. SHE ROCKS! And I already know Sunniva is naughty ;) But she wasn't AS naughty in this one. Aidan and Ulani are trying to figure out what happened to some missing patients from a psychiatric hospital, where HE works and SHE escaped from. They are shocked at what they find out. I was very shocked at what I found at the very end. ;) This is a good one; just have to read it to find out what happens.

GYPSY LOVE by Angela McPherson & Lynn Vroman ~
OMG GYPSYS AHHH!!! I love Gypsys! As a kid my parents used to threaten to sell me to the Gypsys as a joke, but I told them that I thought it would be cool if they did. LOVED this one! Another HOT one! I wish I had a man in my dreams! The price to end the curse is not as it seems. Gypsys talk in riddles and don't spell everything out for you exactly as they will, or need, to happen. They just give you a cryptic message and send you on your way to let it all play itself out. And I did not see THAT coming! Tricky Gypsys! Simply must read this one.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE by Magan Vernon ~ CURRENTLY READING

Strong Enough
Strong Enough - M. Leighton
Just like all of the other books by M. Leighton that I have read, this one is AMAZING! I loved every minute of it. I could totally see this as a movie playing out in my mind as I read it. I loved the little Cash surprise that was thrown in there, that was super awesome. The connection between Muse and Jasper is soooo intense. I don't want to give away any spoilers or anything, but the whole Paris situation really got to me, I wanted to hunt down Jasper myself and punch him in the junk for being so stupid. Happy with how things ended up though. I highly recommend this book.

Insider
Insider - Olivia Cunning
This was the first Olivia Cunning book I have read and I have to say that I feel like I have been missing out all this time. I need to read more of her books! I really enjoyed this book Toni was funny and I loved her and Logan together. When she finally stood up the that editor of hers, OMG I was laughing so hard and cheering her on, I LOVED that part! I will definitely be recommending this book to my friends.

Inside Out
Inside Out - Lia Riley
This is the final book for Talia and Bran. It is amazing to see how much each of them has grown over the course of their story. In Sideswiped Bran was the frustrating one, but Talia was the one making me want to choke her just a little this time. She turned things around quickly though, all it took was a little shower scene. ;) Who wouldn't snap out of a depression after that?! This was a good conclusion, but I would love to see at least a little more of their story, as I am sure many others would agree with me. It is hard to let go of the characters you have grown to love so much. This is a beautiful series and I highly recommend it. I need to go to Australia!
I received this book in exchange for an honest review as part of the blog tour. I then later won a paperback in the Goodreads First Reads contest.

The Day Human Way
The Day Human Way - B. Kristin McMichael
The end of The Day Human King left me so frustrated because it seemed like Devin kind of got the short end of the stick. I anxiously awaited The Day Human Way and even though I have other commitments right now, I put them on hold because I had to get the rest of Devin's story. I don't like to give away spoilers in my reviews, so you will have to read the book, but there were some shocking twists that I did not see coming. I loved Devin's story and I am sad that it is over, but happy at how it ended. I love the Night Human/Day Human world and I am glad it is going to continue on in a new series. B. Kristin McMichael really has a talent for sucking me in to the worlds that she creates. I have read every book she has wrote, except her stand alone, and I LOVE every single one of them. I am now starting to collect them all in paperback because when I find an author that I really like, I have to have them on my book shelf, so I can see them every day. Some books I am just happy with having on my kindle.

Right Wrong Guy: A Brightwater Novel
Right Wrong Guy: A Brightwater Novel - Lia Riley
OMG SERIOUSLY? I LOVED THIS! This book has blackmail, cheaters, Vegas, cowboys, a grumpy grandma, and a runaway bride. What’s not to love?
I can't even begin to explain how incredible this story is. Poor Archer, everyone thinks he is nothing but a manwhore, but deep down he is a good guy that just needed to find the right girl. This is a beautiful story, I love it, and everyone should read it! Oh yeah the legend, ha, AWESOME! Don't wait, get this book today!

Half-Mortal
Half-Mortal - Heidi Garrett
Such an awesome book! This is book 2 and I have not read book 1, but I did not feel lost while reading it. I do want to go back and read book 1 though. Melia is the main character in the book and she has several friends that support her, but her best friend is a little pixie named Tatou.
image
Everyone is trying to figure out what to do about Umbra, a darkness that wants to be incarnated, and depending on the person can be used to create or destroy. The person that incarnates Umbra has to has mortal blood and faerie blood. Melia's sister has already failed. Another mortal with faerie blood, whom is in the mortal world has refused him. Melia has refused him, so far, but her friends think she should be the one to do it, except for Ryder, the man Melia is in love with. Umbra chooses a mortal by the name of Jade and she wants to do it. Melia and Ryder go to the mortal world to warn Jade and her mother, Lola about Umbra. They end up bringing them back home with them after an assassin, sent by Princess Lilliane, comes to the mortal world. Jade has already been contacted by Umbra and she is ready to incarnate him, but Melia has decided that she needs to do it to put and end to the war between dark and light. Everyone tries to warn Jade about Umbra, but she won't listen. She starts doing terrible things like trying to come between Ryder and Melia. She even made her own mother ill as a distraction so she could search for the special basin and sword she needs to do the incarnation. She still won't listen to everyone's warnings about Umbra though.
description
It is decided that Jade and Melia have to participate in a competition to determine who will be the one to incarnate umbra.
This is a really exciting story that I highly recommend reading. Lots of action and even a guy getting beat up by a girl.

Sideswiped
Sideswiped - Lia Riley
I love the second part to Talia and Brand's story! I feel like Talia has really grown and come a long way in this book.

At times Brand made me just want to grab him and
because he could be so damn stubborn!

Then there was Brands friend Karma. At first Talia and Karma kind of hated each other a little bit, but there was an incident and Karma and Talia bonded over that. He ended up giving her good advice, that extra push she needed to follow her own path and do what was best for her. Of course Brand over reacted and you will just have to read the book to find out what happens because I am not giving away any spoilers. ☺

Dorianna
Dorianna - Catherine Stine
I really enjoyed this book. I loved the idea of a modern day reimagining of Dorian Gray and just had to read this book. I read Dorian Gray for a class assignment a couple years ago and watched the movie as well, so I was familiar with the story. While there are several similarities in Dorianna, it is also very different. Dorianna desperately wants to be popular.
She meets Wilson
image
Wilson starts filming her and his videos make her look amazing.
image
When Wilson asks her what price she would pay to have beauty and youth forever, she says she would give her soul. After that everything changes, she becomes more beautiful and they make more videos and they start social media accounts.
She starts calling herself Sun Girl and tries to remain a mystery to everyone until her first party where she will reveal herself as Sun Girl.
image
She starts throwing more parties, but as she gains more followers and uses her "power" over people, her beautiful videos start taking on these strange and creepy changes.
image
Soon everything spirals out of control and Dorianna finds herself unable to handle what she has become. She has herself committed, so she can't cause any more trouble. I really enjoyed the ending, it was kind of sad in a way, but also happy.
I would definitely recommend this book!

Alexa Crushed
Alexa Crushed - T.R. Cupak
I really enjoyed this book. It started out kind of strange though. In the beginning of the book the POV was really weird and I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I kept going. Once the story got past that odd beginning it picked up and was really great. I really hope Alexa makes the right decision and doesn't screw up what she has with Devin. She has had a hard time and is finally moving on with her life, when that jerk Ethan shows back up. I will read the next book for sure, because I can't wait to see what she does. I am glad I didn’t give up on this one. I would recommend this to my friends.

Complicated On 5th Avenue - Abbie St. Claire
OMG ABBIE WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME?! Seriously Abbie St. Claire is the queen of torture! I need the next book NOW! I loved this, just like I love ALL of Abbie's books, but the ending on this one has left me ripping out my hair. Oh I don't know how I will go on after this. I want to punch Ian right in his stupid face! I highly recommend these books!
So until the next book, I will just be sitting here...waiting.

Bad Reputation - K.B. Nelson
Where do I begin? Well, this book is HOT! HOT! HOT! I highly recommend it, unless your a prude, then it might give you a heart attack. Apple and Brick are not good people, they are selfish and at times cruel to others.
Apple sets her sights on Jensen Moon.
Apple and Brick make the bet.

Don't cry if this book offends you, for you have had fair warning about what awaits behind the cover. If you are brave enough though, prepare for the awesomeness that is K. B. Nelson.

Pleasantwick
Pleasantwick - M.L. Stoughton
LOVED IT! I would really love to see a second book to this. I was sad when the book ended, I want to know more about what happens with Luke and Melinda. This book is really clean, I think it is perfect that way, adding anything besides kissing in this book would have ruined the story. I really love the cover on this as well, it is beautiful and it matches the story perfectly. I would totally hang it on my wall in a frame! I might just have to get it in paperback just to stare at the cover.

Gods of Anthem
Gods of Anthem - Logan Keys
SUPPORT IT ON THE IF LIST http://www.iflist.com/stories/godsofanthem
I love this book! I read it strait thorough to the end, seriously you won't be able to put it down once you start. What words could I use to describe this book? Remarkable, Amazing, Marvelous, Intense, Brilliant, Excellent, Mysterious, and Extraordinary just to name a few. The best way I can explain it is to say, if The Hunger Games, Divergent, X-men, Avengers and The Walking Dead had a baby, you would get Gods Of Anthem. I don't want to give away any spoilers or anything, but dammit all to hell on how the romance part went. Then the ending OMG...yeah, I am totally dying over that!
I WAS LIKE
mindblown
So anyways I highly recommend this book to THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!
